A. General Information
✦ Please do not claim my art as your own. Always credit me when posting it online.✦ I retain full rights to the commissioned artwork. This includes using it in portfolios, artbooks, websites, or speedpaint videos.✦ Use of my art for NFTs or selling as NFTs is strictly prohibited.✦ I reserve the right to decline a commission if I’m unable to complete it or if the concept makes me uncomfortable.✦ If you’re commissioning a character design, please provide detailed and specific references to avoid miscommunication.✦ Final artwork may differ slightly from my past work due to style changes over time. Refunds are not allowed, unless I am unable to complete your commission.B. Payment Process
✦ Accepted payments: PayPal only (PHP & USD).✦ Half-payment is required upfront once your commission is confirmed.✦ If payment is not made within 48 hours, the slot will be canceled.✦ I do not accept split or installment payments. Working Process
✦ You’ll receive 2 drafts for approval: an initial sketch and a revised version.✦ Please list all necessary changes after the second draft. Only essential edits will be considered.✦ Any errors or missing details on my part will be fixed at no extra cost.✦ Final files include: PNG format of versions with and without background, and a version with a small watermark.✦ All final artworks will include my signature, regardless of file type or background.✦ I don’t provide complex backgrounds, but I can include certain detailed elements — contact me if unsure.✦ Decorative backgrounds (like patterns) are included.
